This HGL23 crawler concrete placing boom has a maximum vertical reach of 22.5 meters with a 4-section M-type boom structure. Equipped with a walking crawler chassis, the machine can freely move on uneven construction sites without fixed installation. Powered by a 65kW Yunnei diesel engine, the hydraulic system provides stable power for 360-degree rotation and 0~90° luffing movement. It supports both wireless remote control and manual operation, greatly improving construction efficiency. The machine is compatible with DN125 delivery pipes and supports both water cleaning and dry cleaning for pipelines. The whole machine weighs 8.8 tons with compact dimensions, making it ideal for high-rise building construction, bridge projects, and narrow foundation pit concrete pouring.
